After taking home the NCA National Championship title in 2023, the team is determined to reclaim their spot as champions in April 2027. The SU Men’s Basketball program is fundraising to complete a multi-year locker room renovation with upgraded player lockers.

Over the past few years, the locker room has been transformed with new flooring and wall graphics that celebrate the program and create a space our student-athletes can be proud of. Now, we’re ready to take the final step by replacing the current metal lockers with modern, upgraded lockers designed for our players.

Your gift will help complete the space and create a locker room that enhances the student-athlete experience while giving our Sea Gulls a place to prepare, connect and come together as a team.

The Department of Music, Theatre and Dance is fundraising to enhance student performances and support the many elements that bring productions to life at SU, including the upcoming Opera Workshop production, Sanctified to Amplified: Rock Opera & Its Gospel Roots!

Featuring SU's award-winning vocalists, this unique production will explore the gospel roots of rock opera through powerful performances featuring songs from Purlie, Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Chess, Rent and The Color Purple.

Your support will help provide essential production resources, including costumes, props, sets, lighting, sound equipment and other department needs for this and future performances. These resources give our students valuable hands-on experience both onstage and behind the scenes while bringing memorable performances to our campus community.

In January, the Sea Gulls will travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, for a regular-season tournament against conference opponents Johnson & Wales University Charlotte and UC Santa Cruz. Then in February, the team will head across the country to Santa Cruz, California, to compete for a conference championship.

Your gift will help our student-athletes make the most of these experiences by providing better quality team meals, opportunities for fun activities and sightseeing, and other experiences that make traveling together memorable beyond the court.

Alumni and friends, help us make waves as Acadia returns!

For more than 35 years, SU’s Acadia program has introduced new students to the stunning landscapes of Acadia National Park in Maine. During this ten-day trip, students hike, bike, and camp while exploring the island’s culture, ecology, and history. Along the way, they discover confidence and build friendships that help them start their Salisbury journey.

The Acadia program is scheduled to return in spring 2026 as a First-Year Seminar for freshmen and transfer students. With three faculty leaders and three outdoor education interns guiding the experience, 18 students will have the opportunity to learn about the environment, challenge themselves, and make memories that last a lifetime. Your support matters to this legacy.

Additional funds could:

• Provide scholarships so more students can participate, regardless of financial need.

• Demonstrate strong alumni and community support for the Acadia trip's return.

• Upgrade outdoor equipment such as tents and camp stoves.

• Strengthen trail safety through Wilderness First Responder training and satellite communication technology.

The Department of Accounting and Legal Studies provides students with a solid educational foundation in accounting theory and practice, via effective teaching, that will prepare them for successful careers as financial professionals in Certified Public Accounting firms, industry, government, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as for related post-graduate study.

The department's mission is to provide a learning environment that emphasizes the need to maintain high ethical standards in the discharge of one's professional responsibilities. It offers a unique combination of team-based experiential learning opportunities designed to link accounting theory and practice and facilitate the transition from student to accounting professional by also placing students in the most challenging professional positions for which they are qualified.
