Salisbury University is proud to celebrate 100 years of excellence and community impact. To honor this milestone, SU has created the Centennial Fund, a flexible resource that empowers the President to support special initiatives throughout the year, from scholarships that open doors for students to resources that uplift faculty and staff.

We invite you to join in this historic moment by making your gift in celebration of 100 years of Salisbury University. 

With 47 team and individual national titles, and 197 conference crowns, the Salisbury University Sea Gulls are no strangers to championships.

The Champions Circle helps cover postseason travel expenses, such as busses, flights, hotels and meals for student-athletes on SU's 23 NCAA men's and women's varsity teams, as well as the purchase of championship rings and other awards.

As an incentive to donate to the Champions Circle, all contributors who make a commitment of $10,000 or more, in a single gift or as part of a multi-year pledge, will be members of the "Champions Circle," an organization recognizing top donors to the initiative. Each member will have their name on a donor wall on the Suite Level of Sea Gull Stadium; will receive a Champions Circle lapel pin; and, when teams win National Championships, will receive an exclusive commemorative gift along with the team.

The Dr. Charles F. “Charlie” Smith, Jr. Music Scholarship honors Dr. Smith’s lifelong dedication to the Salisbury Community Band and celebrates his 90th birthday.

Established in his name, this scholarship will support full-time undergraduate music majors at Salisbury University, with preference given to Music Education students and active members of the University orchestra or concert band who demonstrate leadership through service to their ensemble.

Our goal is to raise $25,000 to establish this scholarship as an endowed fund, ensuring Dr. Smith’s legacy of music, mentorship, and service lives on in perpetuity. Make a gift today and help provide lasting support for future generations of Salisbury University musicians.

The Dr. Leslie and Mr. Jack Knight Pre-Medical Scholarship is awarded to Salisbury University students with plans of pursuing a doctorate degree in Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO). This scholarship gives preference to financial need and prioritizes high academic achievement.
