The Sea Gull Leadership Academy
Salisbury University's Department of Athletics proudly announces the launch of The Sea Gull Leadership Academy, a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to empower student-athletes with the leadership, life, and career readiness skills they need to thrive both during and after college.
Each year, a select cohort of 25-30 sophomore student-athletes will be selected to participate in a structured, three-year journey of development. The program is built around four core pillars:
- Leadership Development & Team Dynamics
- Personal Growth & Life Skills
- Career & Financial Readiness
- Community Engagement & Networking
