Black Alumni Association of SU
The Black Alumni Association of Salisbury University’s (BAASU) mission is to foster a legacy of Black excellence amongst leaders that make up SU’s graduates from across the African Diaspora.
BAASU was founded to address the continuous need for a network that represents the collective cultural experiences and achievements of Black Alumni. Working in conjunction with the SU Alumni Association, we strive to empower SU Sea Gulls of the past, present, and future.
BAASU aims to maintain a strong professional network of graduates, support current students as they navigate the challenges of equity and inclusion on campus, and provide mentorship that fosters a community of lifetime connections.
Your gift to BAASU will allow us to have a successful launch for engagement events that will provide impactful programming. In the future we hope to invest in our current students with scholarships for those students who show financial need. Thank you for helping us enrich the Black experience at SU!
