Dudley-Eshbach Study Abroad Scholarship
During Dr. Janet Dudley-Eshbach's Presidency at Salisbury University she has supported the concept of making study abroad affordable to every student who wishes to have this life changing experience. As a student, Dr. Janet had a similar experience in Mexico which ignited a passion for the Spanish language and culture. As Dr. Janet and her husband Joe step away after 18 years of dedicated service to SU, this scholarship will be one of the lasting legacies that truly symbolizes her time at SU with promotion of diversity of thought and even experience.
The Dudley-Eshbach Study Abroad Scholarship will be given for the purpose of supporting a student who wishes to study abroad in a Spanish speaking country in Latin America on a program of a minimum of four weeks in duration. This scholarship will be awarded to a student in good academic standing who is pursuing a major or minor in Spanish or the minor in Latin American Studies.
