Lloyd-Withrow Endowment for Women's Soccer

Salisbury University women's soccer is getting a leg up for the future thanks to Denise Lloyd-Withrow. Denise, the mother of head coach Kwame Lloyd, is establishing the Lloyd-Withrow Endowment for Women's Soccer. The fund will help provide team needs such as equipment and technology that hopefully leads to increased success on the pitch.  While the gift is welcomed by the program and Coach Lloyd, it is accepted with a heavy heart. Denise was recently diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer.

"My son Kwame has devoted over 25 years to the development of young women soccer players," added Lloyd-Withrow. "His goal was not only to create talented and skilled players, but to make sure these young women receive the respect and support that all women deserve as they enter the society after graduation. My goal in creating this fund is to help leave a legacy for Coach Lloyd and his contributions to women's soccer at Salisbury University."

Missed a year of giving? You can now restore your Loyalty Circle streak with Salisbury University's new Buyback Program!

How It Works

• We suggest a gift of $25 or more per missed year.
Your buyback gift will support the University's Greatest Need Fund.

2.
In the gift form, please indicate the year(s) you’re buying back if known.

Mariuna Morrison & Lynne Harvel Fund for Sea Gull Leadership

Salisbury University Athletics proudly announces the creation of the Mariuna Morrison & Lynne Harvel Endowment for Sea Gull Leadership, a fund dedicated to empowering women in athletics to pursue their dreams while fostering a strong sense of community and teamwork.

Made possible through the generous contributions of Pohanka Automotive Group and Vice President Sandy Fitzgerald-Angello, this initiative is inspired by the impact that college athletics can have on personal growth and success. This endowment and matching fund are designed to support people interested in women's varsity programs and their participants at Salisbury University. It aims to create a lasting legacy of support that elevates the Sea Gulls' competitive edge and enriches the lives of our student-athletes.
